I'd like to opt for self collection, where may I collect my KB Box? 
Self-collections are available daily from 11am to 6pm, at 50 Gambas Cres, Proxima, #10-36, Singapore 757022. If you're driving over, park at level 5, and take the Fireman lift located at the ramp up! Once on Level 10, exit to the left of the lift lobby, we're the unit with the glass door. You might even get to see our resident kitty kat, Audi! She's a spoilt brat.

What time will my order be delivered?
Boxes are delivered between 10am to 6pm daily for Standard deliveries ($15). Should you like to arrange for your box to reach you within a shorter time frame, we offer Specific Hour Deliveries @ $25.

I'd like to change my delivery date, is that possible?
Ideally, we'd like to have a 24 hour heads up! But beep us on Whatsapp @ 97656678, and we'll try our best to accomodate!

My recipient might not be in upon arrival, what happens then?
We'll ring the recipient upon arrival! We'll place the box according to the recipient's instructions if they're not in. Should your recipient not answer the call, we'll leave the box at their doorstep - a lovely surprise for them!

I didn't receive a confirmation text or email! How do I check if my order's been placed?
If you left out your email in the billing process, there's a high chance of you not receiving a confirmation! Fret not, you can beep us on Whatsapp @ 97656678 with your order number, and we'll reply to let you know if we've received your order.

Can I order flowers for Issues that have not been released?
Absolutely! Thank you for the trust, we won't let you down! Remember to include the date of delivery/pick up and leave the rest to us. Bouquets sent will be according to issues set for your pre-selected date. Order our pre-orders here.

What are the sizes of your arrangements?
Our bouquets vary in shape, according to the flowers chosen for each issue! A rough estimation: 23cm Ø (Medium), and 28cm Ø (Large). Medium bouquets are guaranteed to have 15-18 stems, and Large bouquets are guaranteed to have 25-28 stems.
